The Residential Landscape Construction Manager leads the day-to-day execution of our Outdoor Living construction projects, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect from Rexius. This role provides leadership for field crews, coordinates project schedules and resources, supports customers throughout construction, and helps develop a high-performing team committed to quality craftsmanship.

Essential Duties
- Lead the day-to-day operations of residential landscape construction projects
- Develop and manage production schedules, staffing plans, and project timelines.
- Conduct daily production meetings and provide direction to construction crews.
- Coordinate closely with the Outdoor Living Sales Manager and Specialty Services Supervisor.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are available to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Provide technical expertise and make field decisions that maintain quality and productivity.
- Communicate proactively with customers throughout the construction process.
- Train, coach, and mentor field employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets Rexius quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience managing residential landscape construction or similar construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project coordination, and field operations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop employees.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong customer focus.
