As our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role by connecting our clients, field crews, and management team. You'll coach and develop employees, ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards, identify opportunities to improve our customers' landscapes, and help deliver the outstanding service that has made Rexius a trusted name throughout our communities.

What You'll Do
Every day brings something different.
You may start your morning reviewing schedules, checking in with crew leads, and making sure vehicles and equipment are ready for the day. From there, you'll spend time visiting properties, inspecting work, coaching crews, meeting with customers, preparing enhancement estimates, coordinating with irrigation and operations teams, and solving challenges as they arise.
This position offers an excellent balance between office responsibilities and time spent in the field leading your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop multiple commercial landscape maintenance crews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
- Perform site inspections and ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate daily work activities
- Identify landscape enhancement opportunities and assist with sales
- Collaborate with irrigation, operations, and administrative teams
- Promote a strong culture of safety and ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and productivity to maximize operational efficiency
- Resolve field issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
- What We're Looking For
Preferred Experience
- Landscape maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, pruning, turf care, and plant health
- Experience working directly with commercial customers
- Oregon Herbicide Applicator License, or the ability to obtain one
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn company software
