Position OverviewGraham Landscape & Design is seeking a driven and experienced Project Install Crew Lead to take ownership of field execution and lead crews in delivering high-quality landscape and construction projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can successfully guide a team from project kickoff through completion while maintaining efficiency, accountability, and the Graham Standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a field crew to execute landscape and construction projects from start to finish
- Maintain full ownership of jobsite performance, productivity, and quality
- Plan and communicate daily and weekly objectives to keep projects on track
- Collaborate with Project Managers on timelines, materials, and job sequencing
- Read and understand project scope, estimates, and plans
- Execute and oversee:
- Site demo and preparation
- Grading and base work
- Retaining wall construction
- Hardscape and landscape installation
- Identify challenges early and proactively problem-solve in the field
- Maintain accurate job tracking, material usage, and daily reporting
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in landscape installation or construction projects with a strong background in landscaping or horticulture.
- Hands-on experience with landscape maintenance including lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and general horticultural practices.
- Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects such as hardscaping or site preparation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in landscaping and construction environments; ability to perform routine maintenance on machinery.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to outdoor construction sites and landscape work environments. Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
