Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at the Rex & Sons RVs dealership in Wilmington, NC. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions about RVs, services, parts, and rentals, and providing clear, accurate information in person, by phone, and via email. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, scheduling service appointments, processing payments, updating customer records, and coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth experience. The representative will manage customer concerns, follow up on service and sales interactions, and help maintain a welcoming, organized front office environment. This role supports a high level of customer care and contributes directly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
- Ability to help maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction as part of a Customer Service Representatives team.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail and service environment, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email, scheduling software) and attention to detail in record keeping.
- Prior experience in automotive, RV, or retail customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Wilmington, NC, including some weekends or peak-season hours as needed.
