Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Manage cash register, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately with proper phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and enhance overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk reception.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry techniques
- Technical proficiency with computer literacy including familiarity with spreadsheets, productivity software, and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
