Business Development Consultant – Account Executive - Learning and Development
Location: Hybrid – NYC (Midtown, near Grand Central) | 3 days in office or at client site

As a Learning Consultant, you will:
Drive Revenue & Build Client Relationships
- Generate business through your network and our client's established relationships
- Partner with Senior Learning Consultants on enterprise client opportunities
- Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with mid-to-senior level leaders
- Draft compelling proposals and respond to RFPs
- Expand and grow existing client relationships over time
- Travel up to 25% to client locations to build business and deliver programs
Deliver High-Impact Solutions
- Become certified in our client's suite of training and coaching services
- Design and facilitate engaging, skills-based learning experiences
- Coach executives and senior leaders one-on-one
- Lead dynamic group sessions that connect directly to real business challenges
Grow the Business and Yourself
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver elevated client experiences
- Contribute to the development of new products and services

Who Thrives in This Role

You have:
- 6 years of corporate professional sales experience, ideally with business development or consultative sales responsibility
- A strong track record of selling services and solutions

- Detail-focus, project management, and organizational skills
- A bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)

Pay & Financial Rewards
- Base salary: $80–$105K (based on experience)
- Quarterly bonuses: In year one, based on sales activity, sales goals, and certification metrics
