We are seeking an experienced Printer Break/Fix & Tier 2 Support Technician to provide expert-level service for VIP users. Candidates must have hands-on printer break/fix experience and strong Tier 2 support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site printer support for VIP users.
- Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for critical printer issues.
- Manage tickets within the customer helpdesk system.
- Troubleshoot printer issues directly with end-users.
- Coordinate with tech support to diagnose issues and dispatch technicians.
- Ensure prompt resolution and maximum device uptime.
- Assist with training and user education as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
✔ Proven hands-on printer break/fix experience
✔ Strong Tier 2 printer support background
✔ Helpdesk ticketing system experience
✔ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
