Site Operations Specialist – Managed Print Services
Operations & Service Delivery
- Manage daily operations of managed print services contract, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Oversee asset lifecycle management, including install base accuracy, device changes, and inventory tracking
- Monitor service performance, including asset uptime, case tickets, and consumables usage
- Coordinate hardware orders, consumables forecasting, toner reconciliation, and vendor management
- Support implementation and deployment of print technologies (IMAC, inventory collection, onboarding)
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and maintain detailed Excel-based reports for asset tracking and performance metrics
- Monitor and report SLA attainment, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze operational data to improve workflows, efficiency, and cost control
- Maintain accurate asset registers and reporting documentation in cloud-based systems
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary point of contact for customer, providing day-to-day operational support
Process Improvement & Governance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and reduce costs
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in print services, IT, or asset management
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience managing reporting, asset tracking, and service delivery in a technical environment
- Proven ability to interact with clients, including executive stakeholders
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (4–6 years relevant experience)
