Salary: $80,000-$105,000
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Insurance Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day insurance operations including contract management, payor enrollments and credentialling, eligibility, authorizations, medical record requests/audits coordination, and claims submission. The Insurance Operations Manager plays a critical role in creating efficient processes, collaborating with the technology team for automation, and providing clarity and expertise to other divisions within the organization. This full-time role is located in Brooklyn, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payor guidelines and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing, and Health Information Management
