Pay Range: $20-$23 (hourly, W2)
Major job duties:
- Responsible for managing and updating Salesforce through the completion of the following tasks:
- Tracking of RTC (Return to Customer) orders
- Tracking of credit memos
Position Summary:
The Temporary Order Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and processing customer orders using Salesforce, Fishbowl Inventory and Oracle-based systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth order flow from entry to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter customer purchase orders into Fishbowl and Oracle order management systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review order information for completeness, pricing accuracy, and correct product data.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolve order discrepancies or missing information.
- Update and maintain order records in both systems to ensure data consistency.
- Assist with importing/exporting order data between Fishbowl and Oracle as needed.
- Support administrative tasks related to order entry and fulfillment.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience working with integrated systems (e.g., Fishbowl to QuickBooks or Oracle).
