- Court Clerk
- Prepares cases and materials for trials, evidentiary hearings, and other court proceedings
- Attends court hearings and magistrate proceedings
- Administers oaths
- Performs administrative and clerical duties during proceedings
- Dockets paperwork received throughout the proceedings, including verdicts
- Data Entry Clerk
- Create and process new cases in case maintenance system.
- Process documents and orders; copy, certify, and distribute to required parties.
- Check files, and paperwork to determine if all needed documents are ready for court.
- Maintain case files to ensure accuracy of information.
- Assist the public and other agencies with information concerning criminal cases provided/stored by the Clerk’s office via phone and email.
- Customer Care Clerk
- Delivers courteous and professional face-to-face customer service, resolving customer
- Manages a large volume of on-site customers and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within an acceptable time frame.
- Responsible for accepting payments and balancing daily.
- Graduation from high school or a General Educational Development (GED).
- Two (2) years of recent professional experience, or an Associates Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Attention to detail and skill to produce accurate work
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, to include Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of professional office decorum and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Commitment to following established procedures and policies
