Must have prior experience.Position Summary:The Temporary Order Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and processing customer orders using Salesforce, Fishbowl Inventory and Oracle-based systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth order flow from entry to fulfillment.Key Responsibilities:Enter customer purchase orders into Fishbowl and Oracle order management systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Review order information for completeness, pricing accuracy, and correct product data.Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to resolve order discrepancies or missing information.Update and maintain order records in both systems to ensure data consistency.Assist with importing/exporting order data between Fishbowl and Oracle as needed.Support administrative tasks related to order entry and fulfillment.Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.Qualifications:Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Employment Type: Temporary (potential for extension based on business needs)Preferred Attributes:Prior experience working with integrated systems (e.g., Fishbowl to QuickBooks or Oracle).Familiarity with sales order workflows in manufacturing or inventory-driven operations.Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
