Field Service Technician – Mountain Home, TN (onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Service Technician to provide dedicated technical support at a customer location in Mountain Home, TN. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of printing and imaging equipment to ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment in accordance with customer specifications.
- Deliver and install printer supplies, diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues, and perform scheduled maintenance.
- Conduct technical analysis of product performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Complete service calls in accordance with customer SLA commitments.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service status, estimated time of arrival, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate service records, manage local part inventory, and ensure timely reporting of activities.
- Provide basic end-user training on product use and maintenance.
- Participate in printer fleet assessments and technical projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience servicing printers, imaging products, or related electro-mechanical devices.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with administrative tasks and computer systems; Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required.
- Must be able to pass a government background check.
