We're hiring a Print Production Operator to support on-site document and print services at a busy client location in Cleveland's University Circle area. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable running office print/copy equipment and enjoys helping people get their print and document needs handled quickly and accurately.
What You'll Do:
- Operate digital copiers, printers, and finishing equipment (cutters, hole punchers, inserters)
- Receive, log, and track customer print/copy jobs
- Process incoming/outgoing faxes and basic mail
- Perform quality checks on print jobs before and after production
- Troubleshoot routine equipment issues; coordinate service calls when needed
- Maintain accurate records for billing and job tracking
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service to walk-up and phone requests
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); some post-high school training preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Comfortable using a PC (email, basic data entry, MS Office)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior experience with copiers, print shops, mailroom, or office services is a big plus — but not required if you're a fast learner
- Reliable, professional, and good at solving problems on the fly
