- Collaborative and positive team culture
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment and machinery to prevent mechanical failure, including lubing, inspecting, and cleaning.
- Identify any mechanical fault that may lead to a major breakdown of machines.
- Maintain correct fluid levels on machines and lube and inspect machinery according to PM schedule.
- Inspect for potential wear and tear on equipment parts, such as shaft alignment and belts.
- Assist with equipment breakdowns and work order documentation.
- All other duties as assigned by the manager.
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Basic computer/tablet skills required.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Can stoop, bend, climb and crawl without restrictions.
- Exposure to noise; exposure to heat and cold.
- Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
