Responsibilities Include
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
- Repair or replace faulty components and adjust equipment to maintain production efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance and document all service and repair activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and site personnel.
- Support continuous production by minimizing equipment downtime.
- Complete required paperwork and service documentation accurately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment preferred.
- Experience with PLCs and industrial automation systems strongly preferred.
- Basic personal tool set required (wrenches, sockets, Allen wrenches, screwdrivers).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Ability to travel up to 50%, with increased travel during peak season.
