- Starting pay at $21/hour with a $1/hour differential for night shift.

As a Line Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and helping keep our manufacturing lines running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Package rolls after indexing them from one core to another or operate automated indexing equipment.
- Package products according to customer specifications and Revolution production standards.
- Inspect rolls for splices, defects, and product changes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep production lines operating efficiently.
- Verify correct roll counts, film specifications, and production supplies.
- Notify leads or supervisors of production defects or operational concerns.
- Assist with line changeovers and production setup activities.
- Follow quality and safety standards when packaging products.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Sustain productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift.
- Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company procedures.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
- Basic reading, writing, and communication skills required.
- Minimum one year of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
