- Work on production line(s) and ensure quality meets customer expectations.
- Observe the operation of machines and report equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor to ensure continuous product flow.
- Perform changeovers on the production lines according to customer orders.
- Assist with training new employees, operators, and material handlers.
- Assist production team with cleaning and organization of manufacturing areas.
- Handle products according to customer specifications and the company's production standards.
- Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with all established safety guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior production and/or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
- Essential reading and writing skills are required.
- Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations.
- Dependable, fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice.
