Now Hiring: Fence Sales Associate
Revolution Fence Company is hiring a Fence Sales Associate in Fort Myers, Florida.
This role is responsible for selling residential fence jobs and may also assist with commercial fence sales depending on experience and ability. Residential sales will include vinyl, aluminum, wood, chain link, gates, privacy fence, pet fence, pool fence, and other common fencing needs.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, good with customers, able to follow up consistently, generate new leads and build business relationships. Fence experience is preferred, but we are also open to someone with strong sales, construction, home improvement, or trade experience who is willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Respond to assigned leads quickly and professionally
- Meet with customers and perform fence estimate appointments
- Measure jobs and gather accurate project details
- Recommend fence options based on customer needs
- Prepare and present estimates
- Follow up on open proposals
- Update notes, photos, and lead status in company systems
- Communicate clearly with office, project management, and operations
- Help ensure sold jobs are handed off with accurate scope and expectations
- Support commercial opportunities if qualified
Ideal Candidate
- Has sales experience, preferably in fencing, construction, home improvement, or trades
- Communicates well with homeowners and commercial customers
- Is organized and follows up consistently
- Can measure accurately and pay attention to detail
- Is comfortable using phone, email, photos, maps, and CRM software
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Is honest, reliable, coachable, and accountable

Preferred Experience
- Residential fence sales
- Fence installation or estimating
- Commercial fence sales or estimating
- Construction or home improvement sales
- Ability to read basic plans, surveys, or layouts
- Experience with JobNimbus, CompanyCam, ArcSite, or similar tools
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation will be based on experience and ability and may include base pay, commission, or a combination of both.
