Eagle Fence is expanding and is looking to hire multiple Residential & Commercial Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Top Performers have an opportunity to earn six figures.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and/or commercial customers to discuss fencing needs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings for commercial projects.
- Perform takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
- Follow up with leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with office staff and installation crews to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required (fencing or construction industry experience preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints, perform takeoffs, and interpret civil/site plans is required for commercial sales.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and estimating software.
