Revolution Concrete Mixers is expanding and launching a new manufacturing facility in Waverly, Iowa. We are seeking skilled Welders who take pride in producing high-quality work and want to help build industry-leading concrete mixer trucks.

Schedule

• 4-day work week
• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities may be available on Fridays

What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and specifications
• Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on steel components
• Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions as required
• Set up and adjust welding equipment for proper weld quality
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, shears, brakes, and other metalworking machinery
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, squares, and calipers
• Operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Cross-train in other production areas as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven welding and/or fabrication experience
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or arc welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to accurately use measuring devices
• Ability to lift materials and perform the physical requirements of the position
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of welding or fabrication experience
• Strong fitting and layout experience
• Experience operating overhead cranes
• Experience in heavy equipment, truck manufacturing, agricultural equipment, or industrial fabrication environments
