We're looking for an experienced Materials Handler who wants to be part of building something from the ground up and supporting the flow of materials that keeps our operation moving.
Our production team operates on a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM), with potential opportunities for overtime on Fridays.

What You'll Do
The Materials Handler is responsible for supporting production and operations through the accurate receiving, stocking, movement, and shipment of materials. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials are available when and where they are needed to support production schedules and customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming materials and supplies.
- Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production areas based on work orders and production demand.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and inventory accuracy while maintaining proper documentation.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including preparing outbound materials and shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, tuggers, Combi lifts, Lancers, and telehandlers.
- Maintain inventory levels in designated production areas through timely replenishment of materials.
- Prioritize workload requests in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory management activities, and material organization.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company safety procedures, policies, and 5S standards.
- Follow all safe work practices related to material movement and powered industrial truck operation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or material handling environment.
- Ability to become certified and safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift/move materials throughout the workday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six (6) months or more of material handling, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience operating forklifts, tuggers, or other powered industrial trucks.
- Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or ERP systems.
- Current forklift certification.
