Join the founding team at Revolution Concrete Mixers' new manufacturing facility in Waverly, Iowa. We're looking for Assemblers who take pride in quality workmanship and want to help build industry-leading concrete mixer trucks while growing their careers with a stable, innovative manufacturer.

Revolution Concrete Mixers designs and manufactures premium concrete mixer trucks and systems trusted across North America. Along with our London Machinery brand, we bring over 171 years of mixer manufacturing experience and a commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Schedule

• 4-day work week
• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities may be available on Fridays

What You'll Do

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand and power tools
• Install, fit, align, and adjust parts to specifications
• Connect cables, tubing, hydraulic, and electrical components
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Operate cranes and material handling equipment as needed
• Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams
• Experience in heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, truck manufacturing, or related industries
