Overview
Revo Casino and Social House is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven VIP Experience Coordinator to serve as a community-facing representative of our brand. This independent contractor role focuses on building loyalty with current players, attracting new guests, and increasing engagement through personalized outreach.
The ideal candidate is well connected within the local community, confident in networking, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. This position is best suited for someone who lives locally in the Southern New Hampshire area.
This is an outside sales, commission-based independent contractor position with earning potential of up to $5,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Revo Casino and Social House at community events, social functions, and business gatherings.
- Establish relationships with new guests and high-potential prospects.
- Re-engage existing players (through provided lead lists) to encourage loyalty and more frequent visits.
- Promote Revo’s gaming, events, and rewards programs in a positive, brand-aligned manner.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for the Revo brand.
- Provide regular updates and feedback on outreach efforts, guest interactions, and community impact.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to network effectively within the community.
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales, event promotion, or customer engagement preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional presence with the ability to represent the Revo brand consistently.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to attend events and engage with players.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Performance Expectations
- Drive new player acquisition through active community networking.
- Increase visit frequency and loyalty among assigned players.
- Provide consistent and professional representation of Revo Casino and Social House.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, maybe exposed to secondhand smoke except and varied light levels, including flashing lights. Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
