Position Summary:


The Marketing Supervisor owns on‑property marketing execution, team performance, and compliance outcomes at Revo Casino & Social House in Lebanon, NH. This role leads and oversees daily marketing operations, supervises Marketing Coordinators and event staff, and ensures promotions, events, and player engagement activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with regional marketing direction. The Marketing Supervisor is accountable for staffing, readiness, execution quality, and adherence to all regulatory and internal control requirements.


Essential Responsibilities:

 

Leadership and Team Supervision

  • Supervise and develop Marketing Coordinator through scheduling, training, task assignment, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure consistent execution and guest service.
  • Train team members on promotional procedures, player’s club enrollment, kiosk operations, guest interaction standards, and brand expectations.
  • Promote accountability, consistency, and a high level of guest service.

 

Promotions and Events

  • Based on direction from regional marketing leader, execute on‑property promotions and events according to approved rules, timelines, and internal controls, including setup, staffing, kiosk operations, documentation, and post‑event reporting.
  • Ensure all promotions including giveaways, drawings, hot seat events, tournaments, and themed activations are properly set up, communicated, and executed in accordance with operational timelines.
  • Maintain promotional supplies, player’s club materials, and event inventories.
  • Prepare promotional agendas, event documentation, and post‑event recaps for leadership and regional marketing review.

 

Player Enrollment and Guest Experience

  • Lead and monitor player’s club enrollments and guest engagement efforts, ensuring individual and team enrollment goals are met or exceeded.
  • Address guest concerns within scope of authority and communicate service trends and feedback to leadership.
  • Review guest feedback, including Medallia survey results and comments, and communicate findings to property leadership.

 

Property Marketing & Regional Coordination

  • Maintain all on‑property signage and marketing collateral to ensure accuracy, timeliness, presentation, and brand compliance.
  • Ensure on‑property execution aligns with approved regional marketing campaigns and marketing calendars.
  • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for regional marketing regarding advertising, creative needs, campaign execution, and property support.
  • Coordinate and disseminate relevant marketing updates to property leadership and internal departments.

 

Community & Outreach Support

  • Serve as the on‑property liaison to regional marketing, ensuring signage, collateral, campaigns, and communications are accurate, timely, and brand‑compliant.
  • Coordinate approved off‑property outreach efforts such as local festivals, hotel partnerships, community events, and visibility opportunities.
  • Represent the Revo brand professionally in the local community and ensure outreach efforts align with company values and property goals.


Administrative, Compliance, and Operational Support

  • Oversee marketing schedules, reporting, expenses, and inventory, escalating issues as needed.
  • Act as the on‑property marketing compliance lead, ensuring adherence to NH Lottery regulations, internal controls, Title 31/BSA requirements, and Responsible Gaming standards.
  • Ensure team members follow responsible gaming standards and report compliance concerns or acts of wrongdoing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Position Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Two or more years of experience in marketing, promotions, events, hospitality, casino operations, or a related field.
  • Prior experience leading or supervising team members preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required licenses, certifications, and credentials.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and judgment skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard workplace technology.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with guests, team members, property leadership, and regional partners.
  • Flexible availability to support day, evening, weekend, and special event marketing needs.

 

Physical Requirements:


Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights. 


Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift, and must have the ability to lift 25-30 pounds.
