We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) who enjoys working directly with patients and wants to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment.

Position Summary

The Chiropractic Therapy Assistant works directly with our chiropractic physicians and clinical team to help deliver therapeutic and rehabilitative care to our patients.

This is a hands-on clinical position. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with patients throughout the day, enjoys staying active, follows clinical protocols carefully, and takes pride in helping the clinic run efficiently.

Current Tennessee Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) certification/registration is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist chiropractic physicians with patient care and clinical flow
• Perform therapeutic procedures within the permitted scope of a Tennessee Chiropractic Therapy Assistant
• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
• Assist with physical and neurological rehabilitation protocols as appropriately trained and directed
• Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy
• Apply approved therapeutic modalities under appropriate chiropractic physician direction and supervision
• Document therapies and services accurately in the patient's medical record
• Monitor patients during therapy and promptly communicate concerns or changes to the treating provider
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment areas
• Assist with equipment setup, sanitation, and routine clinical preparation
• Help maintain efficient patient movement throughout the clinic
• Provide patients with a professional, encouraging, and attentive experience
• Communicate effectively with physicians, providers, nursing staff, administrative staff, and other members of the Revive team
• Follow established clinical protocols, safety procedures, HIPAA requirements, and office policies
• Participate in staff training, competency assessments, and ongoing professional development

Preferred/Required:

• Current Tennessee Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) credential or eligibility to practice as a CTA in Tennessee
• Previous chiropractic, rehabilitation, physical therapy, sports medicine, or clinical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active clinical environment
• Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and physician instructions
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional
• Comfortable learning new rehabilitation techniques and clinical technologies
• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
