We are currently hiring both Machine Operators and CNC Machine Operators to support our production team. Whether you have experience with CNC equipment or general manufacturing machines, we have opportunities available for you.

Responsibilities
Machine Operator
- Set up and operate production machinery
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
- Perform product changeovers
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain production records and documentation
CNC Machine Operator
- Operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Perform tool changes and basic offset adjustments
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous machine operator or CNC experience preferred
- Ability to read basic instructions or blueprints
- Experience using measuring tools is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
