Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machines safely and efficiently
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
- Perform product changeovers as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers (a plus)
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Keep work area clean and follow all safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
