Revision Collective, based in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Senior Pipeline Development Specialist / Manager to lead the critical function between marketing and business development across our portfolio companies, including Ingage Partners and fivestar.
This role is responsible for converting marketing-generated interest into qualified pipeline by engaging prospects, nurturing relationships, and shaping early-stage demand. You will operate across multiple service lines and industries, building a consistent and scalable approach to pipeline generation.
This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role for someone who combines business acumen, strong communication skills, and process discipline with a relationship-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Conversion & Early Engagement
- Own response and qualification of inbound leads across Revision
- Convert interest into meaningful discovery conversations
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistency of engagement
2. Targeted Outbound Pipeline Development
- Identify and engage ideal client profiles across priority markets
- Execute thoughtful, personalized outreach aligned to:
CRM solutions
Application development
Digital and technology services
- Leverage existing networks, referrals, and past client relationships
3. Lead Nurturing & Demand Development
- Build structured nurture strategies for:
Long-cycle opportunities
“Not now” prospects
- Maintain consistent, value-driven engagement over time
- Ensure pipeline continuity beyond immediate opportunities
4. Opportunity Qualification & Handoff
- Conduct early-stage discovery conversations to:
Understand business challenges
Assess fit, urgency, and potential scope
- Deliver well-qualified, context-rich opportunities to BD leaders
- Ensure alignment and trust with BD leaders
5. Pipeline Ownership & Process Development
- Own early-stage pipeline across Ingage and fivestar
- Define and manage:
Lead stages
Follow-up cadences
Qualification criteria
- Maintain CRM discipline and reporting visibility
6. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Marketing to:
Improve lead quality and targeting
Provide real-time feedback on messaging
- Partner with BD to:
Continuously refine qualification standards
Improve conversion from early-stage to closed work

Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of experience in Consulting, business development, sales, or growth roles
- Experience in professional services or technology consulting strongly preferred
- Proven ability to engage with mid-to-senior level stakeholders
- Experience managing or building pipeline processes
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to assist in researching and guiding next steps
