Role Description
This is a flexible role for the right candidate. Must be located in or near Cincinnati, OH. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities to grow the company’s referral partnership base. Responsibilities include building relationships with local senior care facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations, as well as maintaining existing partnerships. Additionally, the role involves deepening partnership relationships, attending networking events, and collaborating with our teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in business development, account management, and identifying growth opportunities
- Knowledge of the senior care industry, healthcare services, or related fields is beneficial
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while achieving team goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
