Job Summary
We are seeking a high organized proactive and customer focused Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and serve as the Backbone of our office. This role plays a key part in customer experience, scheduling, dispatch coordination, billing and supporting overall business efficiency.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provides Clear communication regarding timelines, updates and next steps
- Answers calls and or emails and responds to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Build strong customer relationships
- Maintains a positive and solution-oriented tone with customers
- Schedules estimates, service calls and project appointments
- Prepare and send invoices in a timely manner
- Process payment and maintain accurate financial records
- Data entry- maintain records
- Ensure projects have proper documentation
- Project scheduling updates, resource allocation, and time management to meet deadlines efficently
Experience
- Experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Strong background in event planning, calendar management, and schedule coordination
- Knowledge of vendor management practices and contract negotiations
- Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
