Schedule: 1st shift
Hourly Rate: $18.37-$20.42
Position Overview: This role works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will assist with machinery used to produce, cut, fold, and assemble corrugated packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor corrugated packaging machinery
- Adjust machine settings to ensure quality and production efficiency
- Perform routine inspections during production runs
- Identify and correct minor machine issues or escalate as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
