Branch Manager – Staffing & Recruiting
Location: Worcester, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Base plus uncapped monthly commissions
Revere Staffing Partners is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and expand our Worcester, MA market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys building relationships, developing business, and leading recruitment efforts.
As the Branch Manager, you'll oversee recruiting, business development, client account management, and branch operations while helping drive continued growth throughout Central Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits
- Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
- Lead the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through placement
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide workforce solutions
- Coach and support recruiters to achieve performance goals
- Monitor branch performance, recruiting metrics, and client satisfaction
- Conduct client visits, workforce planning meetings, and employee check-ins
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures
- Collaborate with leadership to execute branch growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 3 years of staffing and recruiting experience preferred
- Previous branch management, recruiting leadership, or staffing sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven success in business development and account management
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, administrative, or professional staffing is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
