Update and maintain patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist patients with inquiries.
Support clinical staff with front office administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical front office setting required.
MediClear certification (or equivalent active healthcare compliance credential) is required
Knowledge of medical terminology required.
