Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across all departments, including Sales, Manufacturing, and Accounting.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing and process optimization.

Qualifications
7–10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven background in extrusion or high-performance plastics (thermoplastics, polyolefins, or polymers required).
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and operational KPI tracking.
Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced manufacturing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, preferred or equivalent experience.
VantageClear or equivalent certification required for defense-industry compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year (depending on experience).
