Ginger Martin Co. is seeking a licensed California real estate professional who wants to learn from one of Napa Valley's top luxury real estate advisors while playing a critical role in the day-to-day operations of a high-performing business.
This is not a traditional desk job and it is not a typical buyer's agent role.

What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day real estate operations
- Assist with listing preparation and execution
- Coordinate vendors, photographers, inspectors, and contractors
- Manage transaction details from contract to close
- Support open houses and client events
- Assist with MLS updates and listing maintenance
- Organize files, documents, and workflows
- Help improve systems and processes
- Be in the field as needed throughout Napa Valley and Sonoma County
Requirements
- Active California Real Estate License
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience

Location Requirements
Candidates must currently live within the corridor between Sonoma and St. Helena.

Candidates should be comfortable regularly working throughout Napa Valley and Sonoma County.
