Role Overview

What You'll Do
- Lead post-acquisition integrations from LOI through full operational onboarding, including 30-, 60-, and 100-day integration plans across acquired businesses.
- Serve as the quarterback for cross-functional integration activities across finance, HR, IT, operations, and vendor management, driving accountability against timelines and value creation objectives.
- Design and institutionalize a repeatable acquisition integration framework, including standardized processes, templates, dashboards, and governance mechanisms.
- Build and scale centralized shared services capabilities across accounting, payroll, HR, benefits administration, procurement, IT, and related operating functions.
- Evaluate, select, and implement core operating systems across the platform, including ERP, HRIS, accounting, payroll, and operational technology migrations.
- Establish a long-term technology roadmap that supports growth, standardization, and operational visibility across acquired companies.
- Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities, including vendor rationalization, procurement consolidation, and platform-wide standards that improve profitability.
- Assess functional leaders within acquired organizations and make recommendations related to retention, development, succession planning, or leadership upgrades.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure acquired teams align with platform standards, growth objectives, and the broader operating model.
- 10–20 years of experience in operations, integration, shared services, or platform leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading post-merger integration efforts within private equity-backed companies, roll-up strategies, multi-site service businesses, or highly acquisitive organizations.
- Direct experience owning integration programs involving system migrations, organizational design, operational consolidation, and change management.
- Experience building or leading shared services organizations that support multiple business units or acquired entities.
- Prior experience in property management, real estate services, facilities services, home services, or other multi-location operating environments is strongly preferred.
- Experience within private equity operating platforms or similar environments is highly desirable.
- Deep expertise in integration planning and execution, with strong operational and financial acumen.
- Hands-on experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing ERP, HRIS, accounting, payroll, and operational systems.
- Proven ability to drive procurement and vendor consolidation initiatives.
- Exceptional project management, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong talent assessment skills, including demonstrated success evaluating leadership teams during periods of transition.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
