About the Role Total Wine is currently seeking a Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Bethesda, MD. This position will be responsible for ensuring the right amount of inventory at the right time to meet customer demand. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to create and execute production plans, manage inventory levels, and maintain the flow of goods through the supply chain. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, forecasting future production needs, and developing strategies to optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency. The Planner will report to the Sr. Manager, Supply Planning. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with interested in supply chain planning to be part of a larger supply chain transformation. The ideal candidate will have an analytical and creative approach to problem solving, solid technical skills, and experience with tools including Microsoft Suite. You will Analyze supply and inventory data to support the development of supply plans that meet product demand and inventory targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, transitions, and seasonal planning activities. Evaluate inventory levels and assist in identifying opportunities to improve inventory turnover and reduce excess stock. Ensure timely and accurate purchase order processing and delivery coordination by partnering with logistics and suppliers. Track key performance indicators related to inventory and supply chain efficiency, and contribute to You will come with Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience Less than 1 year in supply planning, inventory management, or related field preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
