About the Role Total Wine & More is seeking a Lead Analyst to join our Supply Chain Solutions and Analytics team. Total Wine & More is in the middle of a major, strategic supply chain transformation. This role will assist our transformation by leading the development of data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across the supply chain. Leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen, you will design tools, architect reports and dashboards and perform analyses that deliver insights and help guide Total Wine & More's Supply Chain tactics and strategy. You will lead solutioning for projects related to inventory management and optimization, demand forecasting, network design, transportation and logistics, and DC Operations that support our broader supply chain strategy. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Solutions and Analytics. You will Lead the design and implementation of analytics tools and dashboards to support inventory management, demand forecasting, network design, transportation and logistics, and DC Operations. Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and store/DC replenishment, utilizing AI technologies where appropriate. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across supply chain operational areas. Utilize end-to-end Supply Chain knowledge to serve as an internal consultant to help diagnose operational problems, identify opportunities and develop solutions. Champion data-driven decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally to find solutions to complex business problems by partnering with team members from all organizational levels. You will come with Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience. 3-6 years Supply Chain/Retail operations and Business/Data Analysis experience strongly preferred Deep knowledge of Supply Chain methodologies and best practices related to planning, inventory management, distribution, and warehousing Strong project management, problem-solving and time management skills Curious analytical skillset with ability to find data anomalies and outliers and to identify root causes Passion for learning new processes, concepts and systems A bias for action with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clearly defined opportunities Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
