Overview:
RestauRent is hiring a Customer Onboarding & Account Growth Specialist to help launch, support, and grow our network of restaurants, bars, breweries, hotels, and event venues across the country. This is a highly visible role within a fast-growing startup where you will be responsible for creating a best-in-class onboarding experience for new venue partners while helping them maximize their success on the platform. We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow alongside the company. You will work directly with the COO & Co-Founder to onboard new customers, build and launch venue listings, optimize venue profiles, assist with marketing initiatives, answer customer questions, and help identify opportunities for account growth and long-term success. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces new technology, and takes pride in helping clients achieve their goals. We want someone who is proactive, responsive, resourceful, and excited to take ownership in a role where their work directly impacts the growth of both our customers and our company every day.
Compensation
Base salary: $50,000-$60,000
Bonus: Performance Based

Location
Hybrid in Providence, RI - in office collaboration 3-4x per week, with opportunity for remote work as earned.
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new venue partners
- Build and launch customer profiles/listings on the platform
- Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and overall support
- Support venue marketing initiatives and customer growth campaigns
- Work alongside leadership on operational and data-driven projects
- Help identify product improvements and customer pain points for discovery and future development
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Create marketing assets via social and blog for venue profiles
