Field Canvasser Manager (Hiring Immediately)

RIHI The Home Improvement Specialst is one of the fastest growing and most trusted home improvement companies in New England. We are currently seeking a charismatic, high-energy, self-motivated, and organized individual to lead our elite team of Rhode Island-based canvassers!

This opportunity is perfect for individuals with previous management experience who consider themselves savvy with outside sales.

Your Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute logistical operations of canvassing initiatives including supervision and participation in door-to-door activities, recruiting, scheduling, and travel arrangements
• Ensure team hits lead generation goals to support outside sales division.
• Monitor and report on field marketing supply needs and inventories
• Maintain company values and a quality presentation for lead generation.
• Train and manage canvassing team to exceed expectations by helping them hit their bonuses

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivates team to exceed expectations
• PREVIOUS SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED, ideally within a door-to-door capacity
• Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
• Working cell phone/smart phone
• Basic PC skills utilizing office software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Income and Benefits:

• Up to $52,000 base annual wage based on experience potential to earn monthly performance bonuses.
