What You Will Do

- Manage the P&L: Oversee food and labor costs to hit profitability targets without sacrificing quality or staff morale.
- Build the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a reliable team of service and kitchen staff, fostering a positive work culture that reduces turnover.
