Experience in tracking contract renewals, policy exceptions, and procurement milestones.

Experience in analyzing technical contract obligations and vendor performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead all technology procurement cycles and enterprise-level contract renewal activities.

Develop complex solicitation materials including Statements of Work and technical requirements.

Manage full-lifecycle implementation projects for commercial and modified off-the-shelf solutions.

Perform technical compliance assessments to align vendor activities with contractual terms.

Facilitate coordination between program stakeholders, fiscal staff, and legal resources.

Maintain comprehensive tracking systems for contract deliverables, amendments, and issue logs.

Direct vendor onboarding processes and monitor project progress against scope and budget.
