The Implementation Manager partners closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of implementations and projects while maintaining a high level of service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact for all implementations, projects, and select issue resolution activities.
- Lead end-to-end client implementations and project requests, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed implementation project plans, trackers, and status reporting.
- Facilitate and lead client and internal meetings, conference calls, and working sessions driving decisions and outcomes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements using appropriate business analysis techniques.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for internal technical and operational teams.
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders at appropriate levels to deliver effective, holistic solutions.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish stated requests from underlying business needs.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide recommendations to support successful project delivery.
- Manage multiple implementations and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, policies, and procedures.
- Work independently within established guidelines while demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Participate in continuous learning, including cross-training across disciplines, as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role is required.
- Prior project management experience is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and experience with Salesforce, is needed.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to analyze and present data effectively to various audiences.
