Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in business analysis and IT portfolio management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow for asset tracking and service catalog maintenance.
- Experience with software license tracking and post-procurement reconciliation.
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with strategic process design and holistic change evaluation.
- Experience in human-centered design and cross-functional engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise software assets.
- Maintain the centralized service catalog and asset management system.
- Facilitate technical compliance reviews prior to procurement activities.
- Track and provision software licenses across multiple business units.
- Reconcile post-procurement data to ensure accurate fulfillment of services.
- Document current and future state business capabilities and workflows.
- Coordinate software standards and identify process improvement opportunities.
