Requirements

8 or more years of experience in senior-level software development and full SDLC management.

Proficiency in C# .NET and Blazor web-based application frameworks.

Experience with Oracle and SQL Server database architecture and stored procedures.

Experience in migrating legacy Java applications to modern .NET Core environments.

Experience with DevExpress tools, HTML5, and responsive CSS design.

Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira, and Agile software development methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement specialized web applications using .NET and Blazor.

Lead the modernization of licensing systems and legacy data migration efforts.

Design and maintain complex back-end routines using Oracle and SQL Server.

Perform technical research and root cause analysis for software application problems.

Manage all phases of the SDLC from initial scoping to secure production deployment.

Validate code and provide technical direction to development teams.

Generate detailed technical documentation, system specifications, and release notes.
