Responsibilities

Conduct technical requirements gathering with subject matter experts to design system enhancements.

Execute comprehensive software testing including the generation of test data and execution scripts.

Utilize Azure DevOps and ticketing platforms to track enhancement progress and resolve defects.

Develop detailed system architecture diagrams, workflows, and dependency maps for project deliverables.

Analyze complex business processes to determine the technical impact of proposed system modifications.

Perform cost/benefit studies on alternative technical solutions to address business objectives.

Facilitate information sharing and technical knowledge transfer sessions across cross-functional teams.
