Requirements

7 or more years of experience in .NET application architecture and systems design.

Experience with N-tier architectures, Entity Framework 6, and WCF web services.

Experience with Angular, jQuery, and modern frontend development frameworks.

Experience in SSRS, Visual Studio 2022, and Team Foundation Server.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Lead the technical re-engineering of protective services case management platforms.

Integrate standardized assessment tools into core enterprise welfare applications.

Engineer bi-directional data interfaces to support cross-departmental state requirements.

Develop complex federal reports to comply with national maltreatment data standards.

Design and modify database-driven code utilizing modern Microsoft .NET architectures.

Facilitate collaborative system design sessions to align technical solutions with policy.

Maintain and optimize legacy integrated child and adult services systems.
