Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity controls and technical M&A integrations.
- Proficiency in implementing security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance.
- Experience in executing comprehensive technical due diligence assessments for corporate acquisition targets.
- Experience with designing robust security policies across complex network, application, and middleware environments.
- Experience in deploying hands-on threat monitoring and risk reporting technologies for divestiture activities.
- Experience with IT service governance frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL alongside industry security certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end information security risk management workstreams for enterprise mergers and divestments.
- Architect and implement comprehensive security integration strategies for newly acquired or divested entities.
- Perform deep-dive technical cybersecurity evaluations to identify vulnerabilities within prospective business targets.
- Formulate and enforce standardized security policies and procedures across consolidated organizational infrastructures.
- Deploy and maintain hands-on risk monitoring tools to safeguard sensitive data during corporate transitions.
- Execute complex technical security integrations across disparate network, data, and application environments.
- Direct cross-functional matrixed technical teams to resolve intricate infrastructure security challenges.
