Requirements

5 or more years of experience as a dedicated Product Owner for Scrum software development teams.

Proficiency in ESRI-based GIS platforms and spatial data management tools.

Experience with HFC and fiber optic network infrastructure and telecommunications domains.

Experience with Agile project management software including Rally and Jira.

Experience in authoring and refining technical user stories with measurable acceptance criteria.

Experience with the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) framework and iterative delivery.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Prioritize the technical team backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements.

Drive the story elaboration process to maintain a multi-sprint pipeline of ready-to-work items.

Validate and accept finished user stories based on specific technical acceptance criteria.

Coordinate feature development across distributed teams to manage complex system dependencies.

Partner with architecture stakeholders to execute lean and iterative software feature rollouts.

Lead the translation of sales and market expansion targets into actionable GIS product outcomes.

Integrate feedback from sprint demonstrations into the product roadmap and upcoming iterations.
